Returns & exchanges:
There is a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. We want you to be completely happy with your order. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.
By Mail: On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Hedy’s purchase, or receive a refund.
Please note that merchandise purchased must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Store Purchases: Any Hedy’s merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a refund at Hedy’s where it was purchased.
Order cancellation:
You may cancel any Hedy’s order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date. |

Hedy’s.com offers an edited selection of the merchandise available in Hedy’s stores. We frequently add new designers and exciting products to our selection.

Sales tax:
Sales tax is applied only to those who reside in the state of NY. Hedy’s is located in New York State, every order shipped domestically within New York State are subjected to 8.875% sales tax. Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.
